Research

The Research Department of Sanskrit at Sree Sankara College, Kalady, was established in the year 2006 with the aim of advancing scholarly exploration and promoting research in the field of Sanskrit studies. Over the years, the department has evolved into a hub of academic excellence, fostering a vibrant research culture within its premises.
 
The department is equipped with a team of two dedicated guides who provide mentorship and guidance to the research scholars. These guides play a pivotal role in steering the research endeavors of students, ensuring that their work meets the highest standards of academic rigor. The collaborative and supportive environment created by the faculty fosters a conducive atmosphere for meaningful research.
 
One of the notable contributions of the department is the annual publication of the research journal titled 'Sadvidya Journal of Sanskrit.' This scholarly journal has been a cornerstone of disseminating the research findings and insights generated within the department since its inception in 2006. The journal serves as a platform for scholars to share their research contributions, fostering a wider dissemination of knowledge within the academic community.
