Chemical Expo-
Research and Postgraduate Department of Chemistry, Sree Sankara College, Kalady conducted Chemical Expo-‘Chemantra-2023’ on 19-01-2023 as part of the chemistry association's activities. The main purpose of the exhibition is to inculcate an interest in chemistry in a fun filled manner and to help in moulding a prospective future in the field of Chemistry. The exhibition was designed and organised by the students of chemistry department. Chemantra-2023 was sponsored by our IQAC's SMART scheme. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr.Preethi Nair, Principal, Sree Sankara College. The exhibition showcased different interesting experiments, still models and charts which would help in reiterating the students' interest in the subject. About 170 students from the nearby schools participated in the exhibition. A quiz competition was also conducted for the school students. The Faculty and students from other Departments also took part in the event.
