Faculty Development Programme on "The Art of Framing Questions: Applying Bloom's Taxonomy
The 5- Day Faculty Development Programme, "The Art of Framing Questions: Applying Bloom's Taxonomy” organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sree Sankara College, Kalady in association with UGC-MHRD-STRIDE, MG University was concluded on 12 June 2021. The valedectory session started with the welocme address of Dr. Abhilash Babu, Associate Professor & Head, School of Social Sciences and STRIDE Coordinator, MG University, Kottayam. The valedictory address was given by Dr. Robinet Jacob, Professor & Head, School of Tourism Studies and Director, IQAC, Mahatma Gandhi University. Dr. Rosamma Philip, Principal, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram was the resource person and she shared her refelctions on the 5 Day FDP programme with the participants and other deginitories. Dr. Preethi Nair, Coordinator of IQAC, Sree Sankara College summed up the programme and Smt. Kairali K K, Coordinator of the programme gave vote of Thanks. MG University regulations insists that, the evaluation of students has to be based on outcome-based questions framed under Bloom’s Taxonomy. On account of this, IQAC of Sree Sankara College, Kalady in association with UGC-MHRD-STRIDE, MG University organised this faculty development programme. About 130 facutly memebrs from various deciplines of different colleges and universities in Kerala attended the Faculty Development Programme.
