The IQAC is organising an Investment Education and Awareness programme on 07/11/2020 at 11.30 am on ZOOM Platform. Prior registration through the link given below is needed for participation. Brochure is also attached.

About the Programme

In order to protect the investors’ interests and raise the awareness levels, SEBI has come out with Investor Education Programs across India. The objective of the program is to create awareness amongst Investors, protect the investors from dubious investment campaigns and inculcate right investment habits. In the current situation, these programs are conducted online to reach out to a bigger audience and help them understand the basics of financial planning.

The topics that we will be covering are mentioned below:

• Defining and prioritizing financial goals (Retirement goal calculator)
• Asset classes (Debt, Equity and Gold)
• Debt - Pros and Cons
• Equity - Pros and cons and ways of mitigating risk in equity
• Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)
• Investment strategy during recessionary times
• Asset Allocation

These are sponsored programs because of which there is no cost involved either for your company or the participants. No business would be solicited during the session as it is purely intended to create awareness on various Investment avenues and strategies.
